Although each clinic can be contacted directly, it is preferable to talk to Prue or any of our other helpful assistants, who are happy to liaise with our associated Specialists, Clinics and Treatment Centres, so that you don't have to. 

They can help guide you through your journey, whether it be:

  • confirming appointment and treatment times;

  • booking transport or accommodation if required;

  • claiming financial assistance ; or

  • providing and explaining patient information booklets and instructions.   

For each consultation with Dr Miles, it is important that a referral has been made, that it is valid and that you bring your Medicare card as well as any scans (CD or films) or reports you have been given. It is better to have too much information, than not enough.
